Périphéria Productions is proud to announce the world premiere of the documentary Midnight Ballads, directed by Diego Briceño-Orduz at the 25th edition of the Rendez-Vous du Cinéma Québécois

The director will be attending the presentation that will take place Wednesday February 21st 2007 at 7:15pm at Cinéma ONF, 1564 Saint-Denis street.

Synopsis: Have you ever wondered why office building lights stay on throughout the night? Or who cleans and shines your office, your favourite store or your local supermarket, and at what hour? Midnight Ballads goes back to these familiar places to discover the secret life and passions of five Latino workers who take care of the dirtiest business in town.

Originally from Bogota, Colombia, Diego Briceño-Orduz, has lived in Montréal for over ten years working as a director, producer and editor. Midnight Ballads is his third documentary. The film was produced by Yanick Létourneau for Périphéria productions.
